It's sage advice if you’re not the one having to do it. So you have to feel for Chilean salmon producers in the aftermath of their antibiotic "outing" last week which, at the demand of a Chilean court, saw their industry body forced to publish each producer’s antibiotic use by name.
On the back of an appeal by NGO Oceana, the disclosure was a pretty unprecedented move and, for producers, must have felt like another boulder was being placed on an already rocky path.
