McDonald’s Singapore is rolling out a new breaded salmon burger.
Available for a limited time only, the Breaded Salmon with Paella Spice Mix burger features a patty made from wild Hokkaido salmon chunks, and flavored with diced red and yellow peppers and cheese. Hydroponically grown baby salad top the burger.
An online video ad supporting the new product connotes an artisan feel to the burger. It also addresses customers' desire for an update to the decades-old Filet-o-Fish, saying: "Been eating the same fish burger for 30 years.
