It’s the first year Blue Horizon, which was founded by John Battendieri and Tim Redmond in 2005, will exhibit at the show.

The company will introduce a new skillet-ready product and a new breaded seafood line, Redmond told IntraFish.

“These are just being introduced and will be available in grocery and natural grocery stores in April or May,” Redmond said.

The breaded line is made with organic seafood and a special signature organic breading, fried in organic oil, Redmond said.

All Blue Horizon seafood products are sourced in strict compliance with conservation policies, he said.
