Feed producer Skretting and NGO WorldFish will collaborate to address food and nutrition security in Africa through a partnership aimed at understanding the aquaculture structure in the continent and improving farming practices.
The collaboration will enable both parts to share knowledge and analysis tools as well as develop and introduce new technologies to collect data.
“We believe that strategic collaborations with the private sector are essential for accelerating the sustainable development of aquaculture in Africa’s developing economies,” said Gareth Johnstone, general director of WorldFish.
