WARM WATER fish farming is bound to dominate the stands at Acquacoltura 99 in Verona, especially given the ease with which aquaculturists from all along southern Europe will be able to reach the centrally-placed northern Italy venue.
Industry professionals are expected from France and Spain in the west, to Greece, Turkey and the re-emerging industries of the former Soviet Bloc countries in the east.
The stands themselves will reflect the growth aquaculture in these parts of the world has undergone in recent years, although the conference and trade show is also expected to attract aquaculturists from coldwater-dominated northern countries and even further afield.
