FEEDING barge designer Rune Haug says he is finding continuing success with his RH MultiFeeder system first launched in 2001 - and the concept is being employed from hatchery to sea cage operations.
"It means farms can accurately control the distribution of a wide variety of feeds to different types of tanks or cages at the same time, " he says.
Haug says this can mean feeding 1.5 million, 6kg fish in cages "simultaneously and independently" in less than two hours, while feeding 12 million, 0.17g
