A MARICULTURE business based at one of the Middle East's top holiday destinations is developing a range of marine finfish species while operating one of the biggest cage farms in the region.
Ardag Red Sea Mariculture, located on the northern shore of the Gulf of Aquaba, is Israel's biggest and most experienced mariculture company.
As well as ongrowing seabass and seabream, its hatchery operation also supplies other marine finfish and is working on species new to aquaculture (see opposite page).
