US MANUFACTURER Laitram Machinery pioneered the development of automated shrimp processing equipment. Its range of products includes automated shrimp peeling lines, shrimp graders and seafood cooking and chilling systems.
At ExpoPesca, Laitram will show a shrimp processing system, an adjustable grader and two of its steam cookers.
The Model A processing system is designed and manufactured for the peeling, deveining and grading of warm water shrimp. Depending on the desired end product, the configuration of the equipment can be modified.
For high accuracy, high capacity grading, the Model LG70 adjustable grader can be configured to process a wide variety of shrimp.
