Jade perch is hot export from Oz hatchery

JADE PEARCH larvae and fingerlings are a hot export from Ausyfish Pty Ltd, Australia's only fish hatchery with larvae export capability, reports Geoff Wilson.

This popularity is because Australia's jade perch (unrelated to northern hemisphere perches) has been found to contain the highest omega-3 oil content of any fin fish.

Its
