GLOBAL Food Technologies (GFT), a US based research and development food safety company, is looking to become the world leader in food safety with its iPura technology.
The company claims that by using its technology, the shelf life, quality and value of commercially packaged seafood can be increased, along with the products being safer for human consumption through the elimination of disease causing bacteria.
Processors who have an iPura food safety service contract with GFT are licensed to affix the iPura label on their products which the company believes consumers will see as the mark of excellence.
