Private equity fund Permira's acquisition of Taiwan feed giant Grobest was completed in December and a new management team has been put in place to take the company forward, spokesperson Jennifer Kuo told IntraFish.
Samson Li was appointed as CEO. Patricia Chou was appointed CFO, and Edward Gao was named COO.
Li was previously president of ADM’s Animal Nutrition Division and also worked with Nutreco group, heading both Trouw Nutrition and Skretting businesses in Asia Pacific.
