When C. Güngör Muhtaroglu is talking about his work, his eyes light up. Broodstock, fries and juveniles are the center of his world, or at least while he’s at work. His passion comes through in the numerous projects he’s running on the side — constant innovation, development and finding new solutions to old problems seem to be his daily bread.
Muhtaroglu is the owner of Akvatek, a hatchery he founded in 1992, in the region of Izmir, just by the Turkish coast.
