Boat traffic will go on as normal at Hirthslals, one of Denmark's largest ports, despite the port office being closed due to the coronavirus outbreak, according to Tommy Kristiansen, a representative at the Danish port office.

For Hav Line, it's business as usual, said Chairman Carl-Erik Arnesen.

The Norwegian Gannet cargo boat, owned by shipping company Hav Line, transports salmon from cages in western Norway and processes them on its way to Denmark. In Hirtshals, the fish are processed at Hav Line's factory before the products are shipped to markets in Europe.
