Celebrity chef Roy Yamaguchi will demonstrate a recipe using sustainable, locally-grown Hawaiian Kampachi from Blue Ocean Mariculture at Kona's Foodland Farms this Saturday as a precursor to September's Hawaii Food and Wine Festival.

"This kickoff eventgives attendees the chance to talk to a Hawaiian Kampachi representative abouthow the premium fish is grown in the offshore waters of Kona as well as learn anew preparation for the fish from Chef Roy," Blue Ocean said.

Roy has created the new recipe, Hawaiian Kampachi Tataki, featuringlocally-sourced ingredients, to prepare at the Foodland Farms event.
