SCANVAEGT Norge AS is the new name of Berkel Scanvekt of Norway, all of the shares in which the Scanvaegt group took over at the beginning of this year.
The change in ownership is the beginning of improved efforts towards the process equipment manufacturer's Norwegian customers, and towards the fish industry in particular, says the group, based in Aarhus, Denmark.
Scanvaegt Norge has been divided into two branches:
one in Aalesund, managed by Haldor Skaar, covering all its fish industry activities;
and the other in Oslo, managed by Poul Erik S ndergaard, for the company's other activities.
