Australian yellowtail kingfish producer Clean Seas Seafood received certification by the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) for its production.
“This is an exciting and important step for our company,” said David Head, CEO of Clean Seas.
“Our Spencer Gulf Hiramasa Kingfish is widely recognized as arguably the best raw fish in the world, and now this ASC accreditation is formal validation of our sustainable practices," he said.
