Young Millennials have spoken out about their favorite restaurant -- and the results may surprise you.
According to a recent Consumer Picks survey by Nation's Restaurant News, consumers aged 18 to 24 chose Red Lobster as their favorite restaurant out of 173 choices -- something CEO Kim Lopdrup said was not even trying to do.
"Red Lobster is not the first place people think of as a favorite restaurant for Millennials. It's particularly interesting because we have not been explicitly targeting Millennials,” CEO Kim Lopdrup explained in an interview with Business Insider.
