US restaurant chain Shoney’s is featuring three new items in its seafood lineup and is launching a Friday Night Seafood Buffet, the company said.

The Lenten season promotion features:

  • Grilled Shrimp Skewer: Garlic grilled shrimp served with rice pilaf and choice of side
  • Po’ Boy Sandwich: Crispy, zesty shrimp with fresh lettuce and tomato on a toasted hoagie with Cajun sauce, served with French fries and coleslaw
  • Wild-Caught Pacific Salmon with Sweet Heat Glaze: Grilled salmon fillet topped with a sweet heat glaze, served with rice pilaf and choice of side.
