The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has issued a bid solicitation for nearly 2 million pounds of Alaska pollock fish sticks and fillets to be used for the agency's National School Lunch program and other Federal Food and Nutrition Assistance Programs.
The agency will announce the accepted submissions December 11, with deliveries to made starting in March through June of next year.
