Norwegian cod farmer Norcod finished its first full year of operations NOK 12 million (€1.2 million/$1.4 million) under budget on operating costs, thanks to what is said was "exceptional" biological performance, which lowered risk and costs.
With its first production cycle still underway, the company has yet to generate any profit but is "well on its way," according to CEO Christian Riber.
