Mitsubishi-owned canned seafood giant Princes is witnessing "extremely high levels of demand" across its product range during the coronavirus pandemic, and expects these shifts in consumption to have long-lasting implications for the ambient category.

Neil Bohannon, group director of fish at Princes, told IntraFish the company is experiencing extremely high levels of demand across canned seafood, "with canned tuna among the standout categories."
