French seafood company Nautilus Group has been bought by two French food industry executives.
Mathias Dosne, general manager of Mondelez International for almost eight years has teamed with Steve Burggraf, founder of French burger restaurant chain Big Fernand, to ramp up the company, a big player in the canned and smoked seafood markets in France through subsidiary companies Nautilus Food and Saumextra.
The acquisition of a controlling stake in the company was made along with AMDG Private Equity's SME fund and sees the shareholding of former
