US trade officials are extending an exception to 25 percent import tariffs on some seafood products tied to an ongoing trade war with China.
On Thursday, the Office of the US Trade Representative (USTR) announced it would extend its exemption from 25 percent import tariffs for Alaska sole and several crab products, including king, snow and Dungeness crab, through Dec. 31.
