Ecuadorian shrimp producer Ecuajjli is facing the suspension of health certificates by authorities in the South American nation after the discovery of traces of COVID-19 on outer packaging of its products shipped to China.
Under an agreement signed between the two countries in August, China automatically halts customs clearance of shrimp of the company in question for seven days following publication of a notice by authorities.
