The European Union on Monday unveiled plans to impose $4 billion (€3.4 billion) in tariffs on US goods, a move that will impact some seafood exports into the bloc, including scallops and frozen Pacific salmon.

The final list, which only shows harmonized system (HS) trade codes, does not include Alaska pollock or lobster products, both of which have sizeable exports to the European Union -- Alaska pollock in particular.

A range of seafood products were included in a preliminary list the EU released earlier this year.
