Global animal nutrition group Nutreco sees plant-based and cell-based seafood alternatives as an opportunity for the sector in light of the growing demand for protein, Investment Director Joost Matthijssen said during IntraFish's plant-based seafood webinar this week.
"We don't see it as a conflict," Matthijssen said.
