The food technology startup says its products are aimed at addressing seafood industry issues such as overfishing, plastic pollution, fish fraud, human slavery and human health concerns.
The company is keeping details of its process under wraps until patents have been issued and is holding talks with distributors in Europe, Asia, the United States, and Brazil with the aim of getting its plant-based products into sushi and poke restaurants.
