Activist organization Changing Markets is urging UK retailers to commit to phasing out the sourcing of farmed fish raised on feed containing wild fish no later than 2025, following the NGOs recent ranking of the retailers.

The top-ranking retailer on the list, Tesco, achieved a middling score of 60 percent, based on a set of indicators focusing the retailer's policies and transparency in sourcing farmed fish, as well as marketing strategies in-store.
