Illinois-based CenSea has appointed Joe Rosenberg, Jeff Stern, and Nate Torch as co-presidents of the company.

The move is a key step in CenSea’s succession planning efforts to develop the next generation of personnel and leadership, the company said.

Torch and Stern were previously vice presidents at CenSea, joining the firm in 1980 and 1981, respectively.

During their more than 40 years with CenSea, the pair helped drive the company's expansion from a small regional importer and broker to one of the largest importers of shrimp and other frozen seafood in the United States.
