Leading Ecuadorian shrimp producer Santa Priscila said it will sell shrimp in the United States through its BlueFoot Seafoods Company arm after its partner in the market, Tropical Aquaculture Products, suspended shipments.
"For this reason and with the objective of sustaining our long history of commercial relationships with many US companies, and to continue serving these markets, we've decided in agreement with Tropical Aquaculture Products to use a Santa Priscila company named the BlueFoot Seafoods Company, which is already operating, for this purpose," Santa Priscila President Santiago Salem told IntraFish.
