Italian shrimp buyers have cut back on orders with the country in lockdown from the coronavirus pandemic, although help could be at hand as shipments to China start to recover.
While the whole of Italy was put under general quarantine on March 9, other markets are likely to consume less shrimp as authorities put in place measures to stem the spread of the virus, Ecuador's National Chamber of Aquaculture (CNA) said.
