Canada's Clearwater Seafoods and Quin-Sea Fisheries said Wednesday they have entered into an agreement to form a new joint venture that will take over operations of the St. Anthony Seafoods Limited Partnership plant in St. Anthony, Newfoundland.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of March.
Quin-Sea Fisheries will assume management responsibility for the plant.
