The US Department of Commerce review of Chinese firm Shantou Red Garden Food Processing has determined the company was selling shrimp into the United States market from 2017-2018 at less than fair value.

The company, calling itself Red Garden has, since March 2013, claimed to be exempt from antidumping duties as the result of a challenge to the trade duty brought by the Chinese government at the World Trade Organization, according to the Southern Shrimp Alliance (SSA).
