The global shrimp industry is set to benefit exponentially from digital technology, according to Cargill Aqua Nutrition President Pilar Cruz and Cargill Animal Nutrition Sustainability Director Dave Robb.

Cargill has substantially grown its coldwater species feed operations in the past few years, but shrimp is a key area of growth for the company, and one of its top priorities in markets like Ecuador, Mexico, Thailand and Vietnam.
