Scottish salmon farmer Loch Duart has introduced fillets carrying the coveted Label Rouge label to its product range, stepping up its value-added production in the face of new pandemic trends.

The company has been selling Label Rouge whole gutted salmon to French, German and Spanish markets for more than 20 years, but a shift towards a more processed product in the face of COVID-19 lockdowns incentivized the launch, the company told IntraFish.
