UK salmon farming start-up Organic Sea Harvest (OSH) officially appealed Wednesday the refusal of planning permission for a fish farming site in Skye.
The salmon start-up company was denied permission for a site in Balmaqueen during a Highland Council North Planning Committee meeting on Jan. 26.
Despite the plans being recommended for approval, the application was denied by eight votes to six.
