A suspected case of infectious salmon anemia (ISA) has been reported at Norwegian salmon farmer Norway Royal Salmon’s Store Kobboy site in Masoy municipality, in the Troms and Finnmark region.

Aquaculture vaccine development group Pharmaq Analytiq informed the Norwegian Food Safety Authority on Sept. 23 that it found a suspected case of ISA at Store Kobboy, according to the agency.

The site recorded positive analysis results (PCR) on samples analyzed for ISA after testing at the site.
