Icelandic salmon farmer Ice Fish Farm on Thursday confirmed that infectious salmon anemia (ISA) hit two of its farming sites.

The company first reported the suspected finding at its Hamraborg site last week. The site contained around 890,000 fish, but the company said in a release on the Oslo Stock Exchange Thursday that a second site, Svarthamar, was also hit with the virus.

The Svarthamar site contains 1.1 million fish averaging .798 kilos.
