Norwegian salmon farmer Salaks won't be harvesting fish any time soon, as it recuperates from a devastating algal bloom and infectious salmon anemia (ISA) outbreak.

Salaks would have been harvesting the algae-hit fish at this time, production manager Kent Inge Bekkeli told IntraFish, but with 400,000 fish lost in the outbreak, the next time it takes fish out of the water will be late 2021.
