Chile's Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the Council for Transparency (CPLT) that salmon producer Invermar must provide data related to a series of infectious diseases at production sites between 2010-2017, el divisadero reported.

Under the ruling, National Fisheries and Aquaculture Service Sernapesca must provide the council with information from each Invermar farm in which cases of Vibriosis, Streptococcosis, and Atypical Furunculosis were present.
