Chilean salmon industry hails key step in standardizing circular economy, carbon footprint goals

Under Chile's 'Clean Production Agreement' signed in 2021, companies began a process of working towards more sustainable operating practices.

Companies that complied with the measures include Akva Group, Australis, Fiordo Austral, Blumar, Cermaq, Bioled, Cooke Chile, Marine Farm, Landes, Garware, Gripship, Yadran, Salmones Austral, Salmofood, Pharmaq, Multi-X, Camanchaca, Skretting, Ventisqueros, Veterquimica and Zerocorp.
