Canada's Fisheries and Oceans Minister Bernadette Jordan, who led the transition plans to phase out netpen salmon farming in British Columbia over the next few years, lost her cabinet seat following Tuesday's national election, where Liberal Prime Minister Justin Trudeau failed to regain the Liberal majority he lost nearly two years ago.
