Chilean salmon producer Salmones Camanchaca harvested 48,568 metric tons of salmon in 2022, a near 16 percent increase over the previous year.

Harvests included 44,540 metric tons of Atlantic salmon (whole fish equivalent) and 4,028 metric tons of coho, the company said Monday.

In 2021, Camanchaca harvested 40,095 metric tons of Atlantic salmon and 1,842 metric tons of coho.

In the fourth quarter of 2022, combined harvest volumes came in at 13,024 metric tons, including 9,659 metric tons of Atlantic salmon and 3,365 metric tons of coho.
