Faroese salmon producer Bakkafrost presented a stable footing on salmon production in the second quarter, while apparently readying itself for a surge in feed production.
The producer, who almost doubled its production last September with the purchase of The Scottish Salmon Company, showed a respectable growth trajectory in its Faroese operations, with a year-on-year increase of 3 percent to 12,900 metric tons.
