Faroese salmon farmer, processor and fishmeal producer Bakkafrost on Tuesday announced it will invest DKK 6.2 billion (€833 million /$987 million) into its operations over the next four years, most of which will go toward boosting the efficiency and output of its Scottish salmon farming subsidiary.
