2,000 trout caught in Norway following escape of 15,000 fish from Leroy farm; full extent of incident remains unknown

Norway-based seafood group Leroy notified the government in August about the discovery of a large hole at its site in Naveide.

"We are sorry for what has happened, and we'll do everything we can to reduce the extent of the damage," Leroy Vest General Manager Morten Fjaereide said following the incident.
