FROZEN blocks of red squid at -10 deg C are broken in a RB-450 block breaker.
This machine can employ a hydraulic pressure of up to four tonnes on blocks measuring a maximum of 800 x 600mm. By this means blocks can be separated into individual pieces.
Next follows a TD-G-PEL product dosing hopper (dosage tank) then a P-500+500AUTO automatic skinner, prepared for squid and cuttlefish. This machine has been patented by Palinox, and can skin up to 1000kg per hour of cuttlefish and up to 2000kg per hour of squid automatically and continuously.
