French processor Les Jardins de l'Ocean plans to kick off processing at a new workshop in its Boulogne-sur-Mer plant in November.

The company is plowing €400,000 ($442,700) into the plant upgrade backed by its two main investors, investment funds Generis and Siparex.

The move doubles the space and the number of processing areas the company has available for operations, and is leading it to hire another 10 workers, swelling the workforce from the current 40 people.
