SALMON to be filleted are directed to three Baader machines – two Baader 200 filleting machines and one 201 filleting machine, which handles larger fish – by the Superior Salmon Solution.

Firstly, the salmon are either taken off the outside belt of the weigh grading section and placed in plastic tubs for storage and then filleting, or fed straight from the end of the belt to the machines, which can fillet about 20 fish per minute.

The factory produces A, B, C, D and E trim fillets, according to customer requirements.
