A warehouse belonging to Ukraine's largest Norwegian salmon importer and processor was shelled at 3:50 Saturday morning by the Russian army, a top executive told IntraFish.

The facility, Universal Fish Company's (UFC) largest, was filled with 4,000 metric tons of frozen fish when it was set alight by Russian artillery.

Situated in Kvitneve, near Brovary, Kyiv, the warehouse has been used by the company to make shipments to the Ukrainian armed forces and volunteers since Russia's attack began last month.
